Javelin Militia are a chivalric era javelin melee infantry unit.
In-Game Description[]
Javelins and similar throwing weapons (such as war darts) have been used since antiquity. Even a cheaply-made javelin thrown in a plunging trajectory can penetrate heavy armour, making it ideal for defensive use by villagers against superior forces. The throwing spear can also be used in melee combat, giving these militiamen a fighting chance against any opponent.

Javelin Militia can be unlocked from the Melee Infantry unit tree, where their node costs 2000 honour to unlock after prerequisites. This cost can be partially or fully defrayed using up to 20x Javelin Militiaman's Signaculum.
